Vatrano Named 2024 NHL All-Star for Anaheim Ducks

The NHL has announced that left wing Frank Vatrano has been selected to participate in the 2024 Honda NHL All-Star Game. The event will be held at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto from Feb. 1-3, marking Vatrano’s first All-Star appearance. The 2024 NHL All-Star Fan Vote, presented by MassMutual, will kick off to choose the remaining 12 participants (eight skaters, four goalies).

Fans can vote on NHL.com/vote, X (formerly Twitter), and the NHL App until Jan. 11. Another fan vote will take place from Jan. 13-18 to select four individuals for the 2024 NHL All-Star Skills, which will be presented by DraftKings Sportsbook and held on Feb. 2. Vatrano, 29, is currently leading Anaheim in various categories, including points (27), goals, power-play goals (6), shots (127), and game-winning goals (4).

He has achieved three multi-goal outings this season, which include two hat tricks: one against Philadelphia on Oct. 28 (3-0=3) and another against Carolina on Oct. 15 (3-0=3). Vatrano is on pace for a career-high 40 goals and 60 points, surpassing his previous career-high of 41 points achieved last season with Anaheim. In the 2018-19 season, he achieved a career-high of 24 goals while playing for Florida.
