The Ducks have just announced a collaboration with Vans to celebrate the Ducks 30th Anniversary season. The collection, titled Vans x Ducks, pays homage to the history of the Anaheim Ducks in Orange County, as well as celebrates the future of the organization. The Vans x Ducks shoes will be available for purchase in the Ducks Team Store with a special unveiling on Sunday, March 10 during the Ducks’ game against the NY Islanders at 5 p.m.
To celebrate the release of the Vans x Ducks shoe collection, a special event will take place at Honda Center on March 10 at the Ducks Team Store. The limited-edition shoes will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis with doors opening at 3 p.m. A game ticket for March 10 will be required to purchase shoes from the collection, and each guest will be able to buy only one pair.
In addition to the shoes, fans in attendance will have the opportunity to receive exclusive Vans and Ducks giveaway items. Notably, Steve Van Doren and professional skateboarder Tony Alva will be present for the special unveiling. The history of Vans dates back to 1966, when the first store was opened in Anaheim, California. Since then, the brand has grown into one of the most recognizable in the world.
As part of the Vans x Ducks collection, the Legacy shoe will be available for presale on Monday, March 4 at noon PT for Ducks Orange Alliance season ticket holders.
